When I saw it the week after the 4th of July, it looked like a new ride should...pristine condition. All lights working, no obvious scratches, dings, or signs of wear.

Not sure why anyone would think it was anything other than new, unless something unexpected happened to it between then and now.

I've never been "with it", just been an interested observer of carnivals for more than 50 years.
