Sorry I can't do this any easier, maybe someone else can.

But in this link (you will have to go far into it) there is a pic of a Super Tilt-A-Whirl...

https://www.facebook.com...4&type=3&theater

This is the only picture I've ever seen of it. Blue platforms, 14 white tubs.

Anyone have more info on this ride or additional pics?

I hope someone can isolate the pic.

Thanks.

I've never been "with it", just been an interested observer of carnivals for 50 years.
Johnny's United Shows..."A Family Tradition" and "All for Fun, Fun for All".
The carnival of my youth, which had roots that originated in my hometown.

It is my understanding that only one fourteen tub was built. I think it was built for a theme park.

It was built for Valley fair amusement park in Shakopee Minnesota. It was the only super tilt ever built.

A super Tilt A Whirl, wow something else to see.

Didn't someone have a Tilt with a roof over it as well one time?

When Indianapolis still had an amusement park (Riverside, which closed in 1970), they had a Tilt with a canvas top. Only covered Tilt I ever seen.
