Wave Swinger looks really great, does anyone know what that 3 axle section of trailer go too, sitting behind the kite flyer?

Ok thanks for the update on the axles guys, I know with the ground mtn Scrambler we used to move (the one B&K shows has now) we had to remove the axles as well.
That Scrambler wasn't like the other Eli models where the wheels stayed on, we put the trailer all the way down on the ground. It wasn't that bad taking them off, but putting them back on and lining them up was a bit of a pain.
