GREAT pictures... Thanks for sharing!
Butler has some GREAT looking rides. I see they have been busy refurbishing them. Also, they have LOTS of rides rides and lots of doubles, triples, and in some cases Quads.

And what GREAT looking Petersburger Sleigh Ride.....

Love the pictures, great job! The Yo-Yo on Butler looked really sharp, along with the Scrambler. I think that is the first time I have seen a Thunderbolt with Flying Bob tubs, interesting.

One thing about those Mack rides, very comfortable, all the cushions, you can have the biggest, and fastest ride on the midway, but if its not comfortable its not a good experience.

Case in point, back when there were quite a few Round Ups on the road I always had my head pinned against the cage being a tall person and all. But the first time I rode the one on Strates he had nice long cushions that weren't flat from overuse. I enjoyed the ride a whole lot more. He also had at one point nice cushions on the lap bars of the Flying Bobs which felt better on my knees (long legs) than just the old metal.

Just the attention to details can make all the difference in a ride experience for someone.

Hello John,

Thank you so much for the pictures. I always enjoy them.

Love the Petersberger Sleigh Ride that Helm has at Paso Robles. I used to ride this when it was on Carnival Time Shows at the San Mateo County Fair, and Alameda County Fair.

Butler puts on a good show at the CA State Fair in Sacramento.

Regards,

Mike

Yep, thanks for the correction, had a second look at that St. Petersburg Sleigh Ride, that is one sharp music ride.
